Altough i try to document everything as good as i can it's very probably that some things
are either not explained enough, not clear enough or simply missing.
So if you encounter any problems, questions or the like please Contact me.
(e.g. by email: herbert.poul@gmail.com )I would also appreciate any feedback about galena, it's documentation or this page.
Detailed documentation about addins (modules and interfaces) may be found on the Addins page.
Addin Development for Galena 2.0
With the new Addin interface introduced in Galena 2.0 it got even easier to create Addins.
It uses java 1.5 annotations in combinations with java reflection to map galena commands to java methods.
In Galena 1.2 (currently only available in CVS) there will be a new Addin system with a different way to register command handler (the old way will still work without any problems.. and they will also work together in the same addin):
GalenaDocumentation/NewHelloWorldTutorial (writing the code, registering it using an XML file, calling the handler from another module)
